Cacao Gin 50ml

As the only chocolatier to run two bars, we think we know a thing or two about the combination of booze and cacao. This unsung flavour combination is overlooked too many times – we’re here to change that. Surrounded by cacao, we started stirring it into cocktails; including both the nibs and shells, as well as the resulting creamy chocolate. The results were so delightful, we bottled them.
