By using Our Site or ordering Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use Our Site to order Goods.

5. International Orders
Due to customs and regulatory restrictions, some products may not be available for delivery to all destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define what can be delivered and where. All purchases must be made in Pounds Sterling.

6. Goods, Pricing & Availability

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; there may be slight variations in colour or packaging.
  • All our products are made in an environment that handles nuts; we cannot guarantee they are free from nut traces.
  • Prices are subject to change. The price charged is the one displayed on Our Site at the time you place your Order. All UK prices include VAT.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your Order to confirm the correct price or cancel.

7. Placing an Order & Forming a Contract

  • Placing an Order constitutes a contractual offer from you.
  • A legally binding Contract between us is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item purchased or to suspend accounts in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

8. Payment
Payment for Goods and delivery must be made in full during the order process. We accept major credit/debit cards and other standard online payment methods.

9. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

  • The estimated delivery timeframe will be shown during checkout.
  • The risk for Goods (e.g., loss or damage) passes to you once they are delivered to your address or an agreed safe place.
  • Ownership of the Goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
  • Our products are for personal consumption and not for resale.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

  • By law, Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
  • If Goods are faulty, damaged upon receipt, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence.
  • You have a legal right to reject non-conforming Goods within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
  • This clause does not cover returns due to a simple change of mind (please see below).

11. Consumer Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your Contract and return Goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, simply because you have changed your mind. 12. General
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
